Answers before you order

What can I order?

We ship dry goods and shelf-stable items: palm oil, garri, egusi, beans, dried crayfish, dried fish, stockfish, ogbono, cashew nuts, groundnut, dried spices, and dried vegetables. We do not ship fresh produce — no fresh tomatoes, peppers, or herbs.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping method. When we send your price quote, we'll include an estimated delivery window. International shipping from Nigeria typically takes 1–4 weeks. We'll keep you updated by email once your order is on its way.

How do I pay?

We'll discuss payment when we reply to your order. We currently arrange payment directly — we'll tell you the method and amount in our reply email. You don't pay anything on the website; the order form just captures your list and address.

What if I'm not sure what to order?

Just describe what you're trying to cook or what you're looking for. Write something like "I need ingredients for egusi soup" or "I'm looking for garri, I'm not sure which type." We'll suggest what we have and answer your questions before you commit to anything.

Can I order on WhatsApp instead?

Yes! Many customers prefer WhatsApp. You can message us directly at the link in the footer, or use the WhatsApp button at the bottom right of every page. Send your list and we'll reply the same way we would by email.

What if something arrives damaged?

We pack carefully, but if something arrives in poor condition, contact us by email or WhatsApp with a photo and we'll work it out with you. We want every order to arrive the way we intend it — good quality, intact, and smelling right.

Do you ship anywhere other than Canada, the UK, and the US?

Not yet. We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. If you're in another country, put it in the notes on your order form. We're tracking interest so we know where to expand next.
